Cancellation Policy In-Office / Mobile

We understand that sometimes we all have unforeseen emergencies or obligations we forgot about or circumstances that need our attention, however failing to reschedule via phone and/or email unfortunately denies other clients the ability to book our IV therapy as we’ve had the service reserved on your behalf. In addition, there are certain nutrients we obtain based on a client’s request so if you do not show, unfortunately we forgo the nutrient and have to throw it away.

We have a grace period of 10 minutes and send an email, text, and phone call alerting you that your appointment is now. However, if you do not show up we charge 100% of your visit whether it’s mobile or in-office IVs. Cancellations with less than a 24-hour notice will be charged 100% of the reserved appointment price to the held credit card on file.

However, you have the option to reschedule a different time of the day of your appointment based on availability of NuHydration. If we cannot schedule you in, you will be charged 50% of your visit.
  2. Cancellation with no call or no show, you will be charged 100% of the reserved appointment price.
  3. If NuHydration is unable to administer an IV because of nurse related complications, there will be no fee charged for travel and in-office.
  4. If NuHydration mobile IV nurses come to your home and the environment is unsafe or unhygienic, the IV nurse will leave and you will be charged 50% of your visit.

***If a nurse has already been sent to the client’s location, or if you are not present at the given address within 10 minutes of the nurse’s arrival, you will be charged in full to the held card on file.****
