It was my first time trying a Vitamin B12 IV, and the experience was excellent! I had a consult before my appointment, during which a nurse answered all my questions and helped me decide which IV treatment to choose. On the day of my infusion, Sam (my nurse) was very welcoming and explained what I could expect. The lounge was calming and cozy, the recliners were very comfy, and I was checked on periodically throughout my treatment.
